Sonday is the 7th day on Chinese calendars. Or used to be.”
Some Scottish calendars also; I had bought one when I went to the Old Country back in the mid-90’s.
And note the reference to the ISO standard 8601 saying Sunday is the 7th day:

The Jewish Sabbath is the seventh day of the week, or the day of rest.
Sunday is the first day of the week, being the day of resurrection. It’s strange how secular people never look to the past. I had a professor in the 80’s that bemoaned the fact that most graduate students he had in a Steinbeck class knew nothing of the Bible, from which Steinbeck used symbolism.

Things I now know. Thank you both.
ransomnote has not given me my word allowance yet. However, I was able to borrow some but must use them sparingly.
Gotta save ‘em, have a feeling Q Team will have something to say later today. ;)
Thanks. Didn’t know that about Scotland.
