Read some of your media file. IMO this is fake. Looks like the exact page template was used for every page. Note missing area of the seal and side marks are exactly the same on every page. Also, the language used isn’t what I would expect from an intelligence agency. I’m not being critical of you personally,just think someone fed you some really bogus info.

It was totally fake. There is no “Department of the Marine Corps”. Also, it read like a bad spy novel, not a senior executive report. It was as if someone wanted to tell you everything you wanted to hear.
