The President of the United States, who we recognize (from Q posts) as "Q+", has Air Force 1's designated call sign, "Q 0". And Q tells us that the "+" sign on a cell phone corresponds with the "0".
Therefore, Q 0 = Q+. Another common Q usage.
I think here, when Q asks, "At what point do they wake up", he is not only referring to the derp media (who know Q is real), but those sleepers who deny the proven reality that is Q.
