Certainly, JFK had a perspective on national intel operations that was well above average. I realize that you seem to consider your perspective infinitely higher in quality than JFK's. I have a different view on your perspective.
But you do see a reference to JFK’s opinion on secrecy in government, which is the level of focus here.

It seems likely that there are no details anyone can provide, as far as I can tell, that would mitigate the level of dysfunction present in our intelligence agencies.
