It certainly could.

Though that article from a couple of days ago seems to have talked about 4 investigations.

I swear, I'm gonna have to go look it up. It wasn't discussed much but I thought it was hugely important. It goes hand in had with the NBC acknowledgement, but was more of an obscure website thingy. Dang it. I hate work.
