Oh, it doesn't have to necessarily be another State funeral. It might be any old run of the mill tragedy.

I had thought about instances like what you’re saying but I’m not convinced those incidents would shut down the gov’t the way they got 41’s funeral to do so.

Of course Getting Nuked would put a damper on things.

Like Viet Nam, JFK, his brother, Ruby Ridge, Waco, OK City, multiple school shootings, 9/11, Iraq, Benghazi, Boston Marathon, Las Vegas, etc etc etc.
