Not sure I'm thrilled that I feel that way but I agree. At some point, reason, kindness, longsuffering educational efforts etc. all run dry--and all the more so when confronted with a buzz-saw of irrationality, demanding cheek & down right nastiness. If we reply 'speaking their language,' it is because they enormously deserve it.

Think pearls/swine. Nothing said about not casting excrement before swine. May be best not to play with the pigs but when they're all over where we try to work, sometimes, somebody's got to throw something out of frustration.

Agreed.

At least someone needs to take a lead weighted broom and forcefully make an effort to clean the deck. I realize it doesn't work with such determined jerks. But at least they get the forceful drift of our sentiments toward them.

Trouble is, some of them treat that as a REWARD. Sigh.
