Reminds me, to some extent, of the early Stalin years... It might be the reason those-who-rule-us purchased about 2-billion rounds of ammo during the obunghole years... It's called "planning ahead"... A strategy that the communists have successfully employed for 100 years or so...

But they haven’t. I would bet a stack that the only thing that has increased is the news coverage of such things.

Actually there are still very few; you just hear about every single one of them now, because of advances in communications, and the hyper-focus on evil cops and implied racism.
