Is there anything more useless than the Pro Bowl?
The NFL should have done away with it, years ago. Nobody cares.

The Washington Redskins starting QB broke his leg a couple of weeks ago. Was surprised they didn’t put a call into Colin Kaepernick. Maybe they wanted a WINNING QB.

Colin Kapernick is not playing football for one reason - he does not WANT TO play football.
He could have ended this nonsense at any time. Instead he doubled, then tripled, then quadrupled down on it.

Players are voted into the Pro Bowl by the coaches, the players themselves, and the fans. Each group’s ballots count for one third of the votes. The fans vote online at the NFL’s official website. Players are required to be a member of the AFC or NFC conference teams to be eligible as that is the marker for player selection since 2017. Kaepernick doesn’t qualify. And the NFL doesn’t have an “Old Timers’ Game” which he does qualify for since he hasn’t played in a game for three years when the pro bowl is played in 2019.

Kapernick winning selection to the Pro Bowl would be great. It would humiliate the NFL, make a mockery of the Pro Bowl selection process, and just be an all-round PR nightmare for the league. They wouldn't invite him no matter how the vote goes, so he'd have that to bitch about too.
Won't happen though, it's all media nonsense.
