A friend in the intel community insists a lot of those sealed indictments likely have to do with bankruptcies.

I think he's wrong because Q indicated they had to do with evildoers deep state etc. This friend says he will donate a lot of money (a large specific amount) to my favorite charity if I turn out to be right and him wrong.

I think it's a slam-dunk fact but not yet proven. Are there any solid bits of evidence indicating already that he's wrong?

Is there a documentalble list of evildoers that have surfaced out of those indictments already?
