I’ve wondered is there some kind of tech issue with mic and sound synch between Hannity and his guests. Surely the techs can adjust that.

I personally think it’s simpler than that. I think Hannity’s full head of eager patriotic steam coupled with his arrogance that he knows best and most compell him to rudely talk over his guests. It is conceivable that the camera tweaks that up.
