The President of the United States initiated and confirmed the order when he stated "The Calm Before the Storm." When was the statement made? When did "Q" go active?

This one may seem elementary to some, but nobody's written it down yet.

I'm thinking he made the statement at that press event with all the Generals where he made the Q sign. And Q went live in October last year?

So, basically, Q is saying this DECLAS event has been planned since the beginning. Gonna nap it up and wait for input on this one.

Trump made his "Calm Before The Storm" statement on Oct 5, 2017 after a meeting/dinner held in the WH. Subject of meeting is unknown.

Q's 1st post was on Oct 28, 2017, however, he did not start using Q as a sign off on posts until Nov 2.
