If you or any family member requires prescription meds to survive you should be concerned. Ditto about water and sewage systems unless you have your own well and septic tank/cess field system. Also the well pump will need to be all mechanical with no embed electronics and have a manual pump crank alternative system. A big EMP could blot most of the US. We would need a huge global assistance operation. Which I am sure isn't coming. Imagine how happy the French and other Euros would be at the US being reduced to less than Bolivia.
