OK, I sure hope so. That would have to be before the 2020 election. Otherwise all those with the ill-gotten seats will be running and incumbents, with all the advantages that implies.

And of course, just like in football, you can't call for a review of a Touchdown after then Point After. No one will care that they cheated in 2018 if they win again in 2020 (and of course, if they are not punished for cheating in 2018 they can just cheat some more in 2020).

So, this is another claim that is easily testable, and we will know the truth of it withing 24 months, or a bit less.
