Figure out your point and present in neatly in the first five minutes, if you want to go into all the details, do it after the intro.
I'm 20 minutes into this one and he's still not got to the point.

+. Can't stand lousy presentation IN youtubes. The person may have a point but my ADHD kicks in after a few seconds and I move on. Ominous music is the worst.

Fyi, if you stop a video at the point you want someone to start watching from, Youtube allows you to "right-click" and copy the current location html link.
Look for: "Copy video URL at current time." from the menu which appears after you "right-click" on the video.

"t=109" after the "?" tells Youtube where to start the video.
