He's working to save himself.
QAnon theorizes that the DECLAS will be the end of Mueller. Q says that he is facing charges on U1 (think whistleblower raid and Huber contact).
He throws a lifeline to the die-hard #TeamWhiteHats, as his "working hard to save himselfe could mean he's working with the Americans/Trump/Q team.
It's more likely that his "work" is his desperate attempts to raid whistleblowers, indict Corsi and connect him to Assange/Russia/Trump, etc.
And it's not even a sure thing that Mueller is responsible for the FBI raid of the one whistleblower. Huber? Stay tuned.
