Yes, and I don't see it ending anytime soon. They have an endless budget & no time requirement. Any interference by Trump will be political disaster & allow them to REALLY go after "obstruction". They can just keep going & going, so what is the incentive for them to end it? They can just keep going for another year and a half & drop the report in time for the 2020 election.
