Captain Jan Jordan froze during the Parkland shooting. Officers said she was in over her head.
Now Sheriff Israel admits Captain Jordan was recommended based on “diversity” NOT qualifications.
Her lack of leadership led to kids dying, all because they wanted diversity!
Diversity and affirmative action has created second class inept leadership in many areas. Always in back of mind is who did she sleep with to get her position (no pun intended)
Diversity gets all of us killed. Or rather the potential for it. Letting unqualified people into medical school just because of their race or whatever other basis, other than being qualified, is giving a substandard doctors.
