"Ballot harvesting" is when a third party collects completed ballots from voters and hands them over to election officials. The practice was legal for the first time in California this year.

Apparently, there are 3rd parties that register voters & "pick-up" 100's of thousands of absentee ballots in California ON ELECTION DAY and mass mail them. This year OVER 250,000 BALLOTS!
These went overwhelmingly for Democrats, turning GOP winners into losers.
BLATANT FRAUD.
There was FRAUD in many states but then NOTHING is done to stop it.
So dang frustrating.
17th letter of the alphabet said to “Watch California” and that the vote fraud across the country was caused by controlling the unprinted ballots.
We saw in FL in Broward County, the Dems were marking unmarked ballots to beat the band to swing the elections.
Mail-in, early voting,absentee voting and electronic voting machines are all engines of voter fraud.
The Dems have made this a science.

The States have the right to conduct their local elections anyway they want. But it seems there should be rules when it comes to federal elections, as the people each state sends to Washington affects everyone in the other 49 states.
