Capitol will be open round the clock from Monday evening through Wednesday morning for the public to file through the Rotunda and pay respects to President George W Bush as he lies in state.

George HW Bush to lie in state in Capitol Rotunda Monday evening through Wednesday morning. A bicameral arrival ceremony Monday, at 5:00 pm et. The public is invited to pay their respects from Monday, December 3, at 7:30 pm ET until Wednesday, December 5, at 7:00 am ET.
