Looks like a cross between Audubon and Marimekko to me. Very nice, whoever it is. I don’t see a repeat anywhere on the pattern.

Georgia O’Keefe painted lots of flowers. Is that the artist? She lived an hour from me, in Sun Prairie Wisconsin, before she became famous. They have a boulevard named after her.
