Finally caught up, and everyone has gone to bed. Anyway, just wanted to say, I would take your shiny nickel bet on RR an RM being black hats. I have always felt they were doing what President Trump wanted. So far nothing has happened to change my mind.

He asks why did Roberts go political on Trump now? It seems to me the ones who have generally gone that way the most pointedly are the ones at the most legal jeopardy, should Trump get the truth out on them. We’ve understood Roberts to be compromised, with the threat against him being that he would lose his illegally adopted children otherwise, but is this a hint that deeper crimes against Roberts could be exposed — presenting the GOP’s beefed up Senate with an opportunity to get a replacement through in the next two years?
