It strange how Graham magically became a totally different person at the end of the Kavanaugh hearing.

But did he really?

Recall that he, if not led, joined in the chorus calling for removing MbS from power in Saudi and skuttling the weapons deal. That is not the action of a non-derp Trump ally.

And that was after Kavanaugh.

I think maybe Graham made the Kavanaugh move as a move on the chairmanship. He did talk about getting it on the TELEVISED hearings.

If Graham becomes chairman of Judiciary, he controls ALL SC and Federal Court nominations.

Reasonable logic about Graham.

I just am convinced that POTUS has that all very wired and is well on top of it far more than any of us. He likely has several ways to press Graham very convincingly to do the patriotic thing. I cannot imagine that Graham will have anything over TRUMP with which to resist him, impede him or block him.
