Q muses on whether the DECLAS will occur before or after the scheduled Congressional testimony will take place (Comey/Lynch) and what would be the advantage of either.
Is it better to box them in with released information or to let them commit perjury and bury themselves. The jury is split in FReeQ-ville. One thing we can be assured of. Q and Trump know.
The simple fact that the derps KNOW the DECLAS is coming should, at the very least, cause them to tell more of the truth than they were planning on. The Oracle thinks the derps might even refuse to testify at all. And does it really even matter, at this point?
I smell a whole lot of 5th amendment coming, personally, and the stench of lawyers.
Q then references the Exectutive Order justifying the release of classified information and quotes the relevant parts.
He then talks about the 5eye countries complicit in the FISA coup attempt/fake Russia collusion plot, UK and AUS and wonders if they are truly America's allies or simply allies with America's shadow (derp) elements. And, once the relevant parts that pertain to their war crimes is release, intimates that "public" action will be taken by those countries to re-establish our "special relationships".
It's very telling that Q puts 'public' actions in quotation marks. The UK and AUS governments will, most likely, make a public display of "taking action" against those responsible, and then seek to pretend to be our allies once again.
The Oracle issues this warning. Once a derp, always a derp. Until a Trump comes. I see no Trumps in the 5eye countries on the horizon. Maybe Tommy Robinson?

The second link asks the quesion, "Should the border wall be funded using the reconciliation process"?
And goes on to state,
Border security is too important to be blocked by a Senate filibuster, so funding for the border wall should be provided through the reconciliation process that only requires a simple majority".
Q then asks what if the House fails to secure border wall funding before the derps take over in January. He intimates that, in the interest of National Security, the President can use previously approves Defense funding to build the wall based on his Constitutional authority.
Q then thanks the Nazi/Communist/Enemy of America George Soros for arranging the invastion of our southern border, which presents a national security crisis, and may allow the President to build the wall on his own authority, without Congress.
