Ithink with the other four eyes it’s just like our problem with the C_A. On the surface, (but still invisible to the public), they have bailiwicks, responsibilities, and programs. It’s underneath that layer that we will find the dirty tricks, etc. that are tearing us apart. So, though we may know the stink is coming from C_A, we don’t know WHO is behind it individually. Just my speculation.
