That is a good observation. I had not thought of it tho I've wondered quite a bit in the past couple weeks why Scott didn't replace her. I only hope you have the right of this Texie, it would explain much.

I think Snipes resignation considerably diminishes the chances that charges will be filed against her. It has made prosecuting her a racial issue because now she is just an old black lady and not an office holder. This is a political no-win situation for the Republicans. If I were Snipes, I would have serious concerns about my health as well. She may not live long enough to be prosecuted. That's the democrat way isn't it?

I have thought that Snipes might have been turned. The cheating and the explanations for the extra 80,000 ballots were so outrageous that I felt she was told to highlight the cheating by going big stupid.
Q called the time of the filing on the day before, 3:02 which also helped.
