Sure, there might be some prosecutions, if Trump manages to win reelection, despite the fraud, such that the long, slow grind of such cases is allowed.
But the theft has just been the most brazen, maybe ever, in terms of after the election flipping—and those with the ill-gotten wins are going to Congress to thwart the MAGA agenda over the next 2-6 years.

Think outside the box, young Padawan. He wants Nancy as Speaker for one of two possible reasons.
1. Pelosi now is a moderate in todays Democrat party. Yes, it’s that bad. She has already stated that impeachment is out of the question. In this scenario Trump wants her there to keep the even worse morons in the party to a dull roar.
2. Pelosi can do the most damage to the Democrats. She’s bat shiite crazy and is on her way towards dementia. I would know, my dad died from it. In this scenario he lets Pelosi run rampant destroying her party even more while keeping impeachment off the table.
