Kennedy retired and Kavanaugh took his place. (Gorsuch took Scalia’s place). Chief Justice is John Roberts, who slammed POTUS with his remark about how “there are no Obama judges”. Roberts was the deciding vote for Obamacare, having been (imo) blackmailed by Obama to do so.
