TEN total; Sanofi Pasteur, Merck, GSK are the biggies that make vaccines; Pfizer makes some, but not a lot; the rest are boutique. Setting up the facilities and researchers to create and upscale vaccines for human consumption is a niche in the industry.

Big Pharma has many companies; the ones that are really big, and do not make vaccines, are many, including Abbott/Abbvie, Bayer, Baxter, BI, Biogen, BMS, Daiichi....getting tired scrolling though the list alphabetically picking the real biggies. There are dozens and dozens and dozens.
