You’re absolutely right. I will make a concerted effort to ignore.
I do have a suggestion though. I was watching a video earlier about CNN suing POTUS for yanking Acosta’s WH press pass. They were showing the part where he was just an absolute jerk and the press conference that was the straw that broke the camel’s back. I was watching live when it happened. I watch a lot of press conferences and he has been the most insufferable little obnoxious POS that has disrupted them for two years. You might say he has been the major troll at all of them exhibiting the same behavior we see here.
I suggest we substitute the word TROLL for the word ACOSTA.
Example: Don’t feed the ACOSTAS.
Works for me. Or 'Don't feed the Avenaughties.'
Or
'Don't read/watch the troll porn.'
Example: Don’t feed the ACOSTAS.

I was imagining what a little “reverse psych” might do for the White House Press Core.
Give the White House, or President’s briefing, over to Jim Acosta, until the press corp screams.
Sarah Sanders takes a question from AcostUs— and another, and another, and another, until AcostUs finally says, “ I’ll ‘LET’ my colleagues get in here.
*Suddenly, Sarah says “Time for one more question”.
A couple of scenes along those lines and the Press Corp themselves will take care of Jim Acosta.
