I was trying to think of a “futuristic” movie where people are wear about the same clothes.

Of course, there were still men and women in “The Island” because they served to be gutted for replacement parts.

So was I. First I thought about Logan's Run.

Then H.G. Wells' "Time Machine."

The latter is closer but still not really unisex clothing.
Mens is mens and wimmins is wimmins no matter wheres ya goes! lol
