It’s also a land grab using water rationing as a method of forcing farmers out of business so the state can control the land.
Yes, I believe they are trying to get control of that land, but I didn’t know if it was for the choo choo or real estate(feinstein-blum)development.
Now I’m hearing noise about the chinese grabbing up that land.
Not liking any of it.
