I do believe Tesla's ray works--And that we've had ever more refined versions for at least 50 years. I don't know if the forest fires have anything to do with that, or not.
Some may recall that POTUS TRUMP'S UNCLE was tasked with sorting through and organizing Tesla's papers after his death.
