If proof of fraud is dropped before the races are certified, the Republicans may not lose the House.

I'm thinking that it will rescue some of these races, esp. Florida and Georgia. I'd bet they have strong evidence in AZ and CA as well. I believe vote fraud is occurring in every state to some degree.

Don't you think, though, that the elections need to be certified first in order to bring charges against the corrupt individuals? Wouldn't it be like waiting for the shoplifter to leave the store before arresting him/her?

Could a certified winner be refused their seat IF evidence shows up that puts their election into question?

The House (and Senate) are the final judges of whom they admit. If a race is certified and there is a serious question as to the legitimacy of the election, the House (or Senate) will make the call. Look up how Patrick Leahy won his seat in 1987.
