Are you familiar with the agreement that expired in August that prevented the GOP from fighting election fraud in areas with a high percentage of minorities?

Are you familiar with the declared state of emergency surrounding election integrity?

Do you believe the federal government has no authority to prosecute election fraud?

Yes

"Are you familiar with the declared state of emergency surrounding election integrity?"

Not entirely, was this a Trump EO?

"Do you believe the federal government has no authority to prosecute election fraud?"

In state elections, they do not, but in Federal elections such as the HOR, Senate, or Presidential, I believe that they should be able to prosecute election fraud. The Supreme Court ruling on the 2000 Florida elections would be an example of the federal government having a say in a state election pertaining to a federal position. If the court can rule, then it makes sense that the feds can prosecute.

a little clarity...The 1982 consent decree expired 12/2017. After one last try by the RATs to get it extended again, a judge stuck a stake in it’s heart 01/2018.
