I resemble that remark, sir-I’m their size, but with more defined muscles- and I’d never touch a cheeseburger or anything else not organic, paleo and unprocessed. That said, I agree with the poster who said the models needed weight training-they do seem to lack healthy muscle mass-I maintain muscle mass with a physical job and a workout with weights and resistance training 3X per week-that is a healthy way to be and my guy likes the way I look...
Circuit train with free weights and cable machines 4-5 times a week until failure. Im 60 - should have done this long ago. Its addicting once you start looking and feeling powerful
