Breaking: First Gun Confiscation Killing Reported in Maryland

This is absolutely tragic. Police officers in Anne Arundel County, Maryland arrived at a man’s home to confiscate his guns under the state’s Red Flag law. When he answered the door holding a gun, a fight ensued and they shot him dead. For months, we have been warning you about the so-called “red flag” bills that are being passed in states around the country. These laws allow family members, friends, and even complete strangers to turn gun owners into police to have their firearms confiscated. It is then up to the gun owner to prove that he or she deserves the right to keep and bear arms. It completely turns the justice system on its head. Under these laws, gun owners are presumed guilty until proven innocent.

On Monday morning, police officers in Anne Arundel County, Maryland showed up confiscate 60-year-old Gary J Willis’ guns. A family member had called police and asked them to suspend Gary Willis’ gun rights, and the local police department was more than happy to oblige.

When the pounding on the door began at 5:17 am, Gary showed up to his door holding a firearm. When he saw it was police, he put the gun down to talk to them. But then, the officers informed him they were there to confiscate all of his weapons.

Imagine how you would feel. You wake up out of a sound sleep to pounding on your door. You grab a gun in case it is a criminal, but it turns out that the police are there to confiscate your guns without even accusing you of committing a crime…

Gary Willis refused to comply with the confiscation order. That is when the fight broke out. During the struggle, one of the weapons discharged. Police, fearing for their lives, opened fire on Gary Willis, killing the 60-year-old man in his own home.

“Don’t bother opening the door to these good little Nazis.”
Then they will just kick the door down. They do have the paper empowering them to deprive you of your constitutional rights.

The guy who organized the Tucker Carlson home invasion is a little wuss. If they squeeze him enough, he might tell us who he was working for. If he’s not killed first.

My rights are given by God, and there is no paper that allows another man to take them without just cause or reason.

Look up the antipersonel version of EFPs. My Walmart is out of claymores but you can improvise if you want to risk going to jail.

However, a homemade carronade being muzzle loading and not a bomb IS legal in most places and having an electrical firing system is still legal. I’ll leave the rest to you imagination. Hint when the Victory first fired on the Bucenture Nelson used carronades which caused huge casualties on the French ship.

"What difference would a court order make?"

Norton v. Shelby County, 118 U.S. 425 (1886)

While acts of a de facto incumbent of an office lawfully created by law and existing are often held to be binding from reasons of public policy, the acts of a person assuming to fill and perform the duties of an office which does not exist de jure can have no validity whatever in law.

An unconstitutional act is not a law; it confers no rights; it imposes no duties; it affords no protection; it creates no office; it is in legal contemplation as inoperative as though it had never been passed.

Marbury v. Madison 1803, vol 5, pg 137

It is also not entirely unworthy of observation that, in declaring what shall be the supreme law of the land, the Constitution itself is first mentioned, and not the laws of the United States generally, but those only which shall be made in pursuance of the Constitution, have that rank.
Thus, the particular phraseology of the Constitution of the United States confirms and strengthens the principle, supposed to be essential to all written Constitutions, that
a law repugnant to the Constitution is void,
and that courts, as well as other departments, are bound by that instrument.

Killed for resisting gun confiscation without due process.

If Pelosi passes a gun control bill, the far left will try to add more things to be banned. Even some dem house members would probably vote against such a bill. Sounds like political suicide, but can they resist such a temptation with the media pushing?

Impeachment and gun control. I'm sure they would be pleased with themselves until 2020.
