God took ONE RIB from Adam to create Eve.

Last successful transplant of a rib in history.

Human ribs are not otherwise subject to transplantation, at least not using the technology available today.

Persons with broken ribs have great difficulty in taking a full breath, and may be subject to serious gasping and potentially a lung puncture, should they go into a coughing fit.

I know, I was involved in an auto accident a year and a half ago, broke eight ribs and right clavicle. Couldn’t take a full breath for nearly six weeks.

Pneumonia is a very real threat.

Ouch...and I thought my three broken ribs a handful of years ago was rough.

I took a header off a 14 ft ladder to the sweet slap of a concrete floor. Broke my right forearm too but that seemed like a blessing compared to the ribs lol
