Two problems I suspect here. First, the source is the Palm Beach Post, not noted for non-Marxist sympathies. Second, the story is about a small rural precinct, Loxahatchee Groves; I wouldn't be surprised to find that their voting crimes involve voting Republican. Voting Republican in Palm Beach county is actionable if there are enough votes to be reckoned with - and the ballots cannot be lost.
That Palm Beach County congressional district was represented for years in Congress by Robert Wexler, a resident of New York! The PB Post did their best to make sure the voters never found out.
We Fla FReepers started doing opposition research against Wexler; I actually hacked into the newspaper's archives to see what was there. We did not come up with anything in a short time, but he resigned and the story came out. I would like to think FR played a hand. ;^)
you hacked??? Da Noive! /s LOLOL

I hope FR can have a hand in these times also.
