Anons are indicating that this is a possible board change. Just a heads up if we get up in AM and can't get to Q.
Seems logical to me.
I think Q is pointing out that CA deliberately does not perform fire prevention activities and thus has culpability in these fires.

Cali has in the last 27 years done any fire prevention and have prohibited the same. A guy vcty of March AFB was fined for discing his land in the face of a fire. I watch the genesis of the Laguna Beach fire in 1993. We were on standby fire suppression, called the POC, was denied activity by air. Further denied using fire trucks from MCAS El Toro. Saw the fire start watched it go over the hill causing $528 mil in damage in 1993.
Fire is huge business in Cali.
MY Leaves have all fallen. my Lawn is covered with my neighbors oak leaves which will be falling all winter. Hate it.
Yes and in aviation movies the pilots really would want to have their oxygen masks on their faces, not dangling to the side.
