Calling a win for a specific candidate is different than calling a win for entire house when states are still voting.
You are correct. But projecting winners in races not closed
is what they are doing. For those that keep tabs on turn out,
past history, etc calling/projecting a race result isn’t that hard.
I personally don’t think it creates winners or losers. Yours may
differ as is your right.
