“Beto got within 4 pts of Ted Cruz “

Shenanigans. I think it can’t be understated how much the (political) censorship hurt our side. Also early voting - sooo much of it. It was like a party down there from what I’ve heard. Also beeto got 38 million dollars. You can buy a lot of votes with that. Now, we know that part of his deal apparently was to funnel part of that money to the so-called caravaners (campesantos) but through censorship they did not allow that fact to get out to the genpop.

Agree on all points.

We need clean and honest elections.

And having practically all media including social media hand maidens of the Dems, this is an uphill battle.

Cruz is not a likeable guy, does not have a good speaking voice and people have not forgotten things he did/said when running for Prez.

I thought his commercials were weak.

Cruz also received 400K fewer votes than fellow Republican Gov Greg Abbott.
