FISH would not be capitalized if he did not want us to code it.
POTUS got rid of the rinos! What if some of the new dems are not really dems? What if he used their tactic on them? Stealth Bombers so to speak?

Foreign Intelligence Service Hacked ? Foreign Intelligence Service Head ? I tend to agree more with this than the numbers. Hacked makes sense. If a foreign party were interfering with elections. I was trying to decode this as related to the FISA declass or court myself.
