Does anyone know the rules for passing bills in one session of the House with the Senate passing it in the next session?

Didn’t they already pass a bunch of things in the House, that are waiting in the Senate?
Yes, among them is firearm reciprocity across all states.
They have until January to pass as much as possible through to the President’s desk. So things can definitely happen in the lame duck Congress. Nevertheless, it’s a clean slate after January 21.
