Well, I was exaggerating a bit. Not sure if he can ACTUALLY pass his files to the Senate Judiciary committee. The point is, Obviously if the Dems control the Committee they're gonna shut down all investigations against their fellow derps.

The Senate is in a stronger position because they have more votes (and less derps). Which is why Q thanked patriots for "giving (them) what they needed". A stronger Senate.
And that's why the loss of the House, while it sucks in other ways, doesn't matter very much in the overall PLAN.
And Q also says that DECLAS will DECLAS will
override(s) all potential House blockades.
I continue to trust the plan and I disdain all those, like Uncle Sham, who run around like little girls crying to their mommy.
