I'm sorry, but where in the Constitution does it say media has a RIGHT to a WH press pass and is therefore owed "due process" as to whether it is retained?

So, any word from this "judge" on the fact Acosta PHYSICALLY ASSAULTED this young woman who tried to take the mic from him?
So Trump "didn't give Acosta due process?" Since the White House is not a court of law and this is not a civil nor a criminal case, WHAT THE HELL WOULD DUE PROCESS EVEN BE?!!!
This order by the judge on Acosta sets a TERRIBLE precedent. It means that any reporter can DO OR SAY ANYTHING in a White House Briefing and the President of the United States CAN DO NOTHING ABOUT IT IN HIS OWN DAMNED HOUSE!

That completely solves the judges order here and still no Acosta.
And you now have "due process."
The issue was not that Trump denied him access, but HOW he denied him access. Deny him again and just do it the right way this time.
