I had my bleached blond and was tired of doing the roots, so put dark brown color on it one night. It turned out purple and I had to go to work like that the next day. And that was before purple hair was a thing. Had to make an emergency appointment with hairdresser, she told me I should have added some red into it.
Purple hair, Lol! What did your co-workers think? Coloring sounds pretty complex to me, so I don’t think I’ll let him do anything more than what I already do, which is just dying it a dark blond.
Although right now I have funny colored roots and dark blonde hair. I can’t figure out if the roots are brown or gray, possibly some combination. With my bad elbows, I have been putting off coloring them because every time I bend my elbows I get a sharp pain. My priorities have definitely changed :-(
