How 'bout a question then, is the USMC still using 8086 machines and running MS 3.1? ;-)

Below Division/Wing, probably. When I got 3.0 it was huge.

Not USMC and required network capabilities, therefore allowed 3.1. Before the upgrade, it was DOS & floppies. :)
