I can't really say for sure, but Sessions is known as "Stealth Jeff" and the AG office does have the power to "go around" the imbedded derps in the FBI and DOJ.
That would be my best guess. Especially when the derps think Sessions is a Keebler elf making cookies. That's pretty good stealth mode, yea?
Huber/Horowitz could also be "stealth bombers" of a sort. You see how seriously are own derp inspired nay sayers on FR take them.

My gut is telling me "STEALTH BOMBER" could be another force, but maybe I'm over-thinking it.
Ironically given his megawatt personality, the President does not usually choose a frontal assault. For example, he goes after ISIS by removing their money flow (oil), or against the Clintons by letting MbS take out their Saudi backers. I'm sure he still plans on announcing one day that Mexico is paying for the wall. He probably already knows how to get their money, but needs the right legal basis for channeling it to the wall.
Likewise, the President sometimes seems to make a mistake, drawing in heavy fire from RATS and media ... only to reveal the trap later.
Could he be about to cut off the second leg of the triad, i.e., Soros? While we're all focused on busting the flunkies, could Sessions have been building a case against Moriarty himself (i.e., the "Mr. Big" behind all the leftist crime??)
Could the Trump/Q team have cut off funds that are being channeled through Soros (our own money)?
