What in the HELL is going through their minds? These are people who grabbed the golden ring, they’re undoubtedly all leveraged to the hilt, they are utterly replaceable. Imagine if they all got kicked out of the industry and had to go back to working in restaurants and convenience stores. Entitled, spoiled, ignorant, brattish, arrogant, insipid, inane twerps.
Did you read the story? The reason they are walking out is because one of the company higher-ups was “retired” with a millions of dollars golden parachute...even tho the company itself had investigated and authenticated a claim of sexual harassment. That’s ok with you?
Seems the “owners” (everyone who works there is told they are not employees, they are owners) are tired of the accepted sexual harassment/abuse climate. As they say, enough is enough.
Some would likely become catatonic. Some suicidal. Many severely dysfunctional. Plenty homeless. Epidemic bewilderment.
